We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and physically capable Male Caregiver, CNA, or HHA who speaks Spanish to assist a client residing in an Independent Living Facility in West Palm Beach.
This position begins immediately following the client's discharge from a Rehab Center. The caregiver will assist with the transition from the Rehab Center to the Independent Living Facility and provide overnight care on alternating nights with another caregiver.
Position Details
- Pay: $17.00 per hour
- Employment Type: W-2 Employee
- Workers' Compensation Coverage Provided
- Schedule: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM
- Overnight shifts alternating with another caregiver
- Immediate start available
Responsibilities
- Assist client with mobility and transfers
- Personal care assistance
- Overnight supervision and safety monitoring
- Support activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Ensure client comfort and well-being throughout the night
- Assist with discharge transition from Rehab Center to Independent Living Facility
Requirements
- Male caregiver preferred due to physical assistance needs
- Spanish speaking required
- Current CNA, HHA, or Caregiver certification
- Experience with transfers and mobility assistance
- Able to safely assist a client approximately 180 lbs and 6 feet tall
- Current Level 2 Background Screening
- Current TB Test results
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation
- Professional, compassionate, and dependable
