Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant – Easton, PA

Option Companion Care is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and patient Caregiver/Personal Care Assistant to provide one-on-one care in the client's home in Easton, PA.
As a caregiver, you will help support the client's independence, safety, and daily routine while providing respectful and person-centered care.
Responsibilities
Assist with personal care, including dressing, toileting, hygiene, and transfers as needed.
Provide reminders and support with daily routines.
Assist with housekeeping and light household tasks.
Help with medication reminders and follow the care plan.
Assist with transportation to appointments or community activities when needed.
Support with phone calls, scheduling, and daily organization.
Encourage independence while providing supervision, coaching, and companionship.
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful home environment.
Report any changes in the client's condition or concerns to the office promptly.
Follow the individualized Plan of Care and agency policies.
Qualifications
Caregiving or personal care experience preferred.
Experience supporting individuals with disabilities, mental health needs, or developmental disabilities is a plus.
Compassionate, dependable, patient, and respectful.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
Ability to assist safely with transfers and personal care.
Ability to pass all required background checks and complete agency onboarding requirements.
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus or may be obtained after hire.
