Responsibilities
- Assist producers and production team across all phases of creative projects
- Support with production documents, crew coordination, scheduling, and equipment pickups
- Translate soundbites, text, scripts, or client briefs (Spanish ↔ English and English ↔ Spanish )
- Liaise with Spanish-speaking clients, talent, crew, or vendors when needed
- Manage on-set and on location logistics and general crew support
- Help with permits, bookings, and location prep
- Ensure smooth communication across bilingual teams
- Maintain a calm, can-do attitude in fast-paced environments
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Spanish with Mexican dialect is preferred
- 1–2 years experience in production (video, photo, or content creation) or a strong desire to learn
- Highly organized and reliable with strong time-management skills
- Comfortable working on set and handling physical tasks (gear, setups, runs)
- Strong communicator and team player
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or travel for shoots when needed
- Knowledge of Excel and the Google Suite
Additional - Nice to Have Qualifications
- Familiarity with production paperwork (call sheets, POs, releases)
- Experience working in bilingual or multicultural production environments
- Knowledge of basic editing or post-production workflows
