$28-$35 per hour

Option 1 Staffing is currently recruiting for a Patient Service Representative ll. As a PSR, you'll be greeting patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance and demographic information, updating electronic health records (EHR), and coordinating registration and intake.

The ideal candidate brings strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills to a fast-paced outpatient setting. Additional duties include supporting department workflows, possible staff onboarding, and maintaining patient privacy. 

Skills and Knowledge

- Patient Registration experience (1 year min)

- Insurance verification

- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Epic (Preferred, but not required)

- Work independently and collaboratively while managing interruptions

- Resolve routine issues using established procedures.

- Protect patient privacy and confidential health information (PHI).

- Build positive working relationships across teams.
