Option 1 Staffing is seeking an experienced Patient Registration Rep with excellent customer service skills to join the growing team of Healthcare Specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check patients In/Out
- Process registration paperwork
- Verify insurance eligibility
- Collect co-payments
- Answer patient questions
Qualifications:
- 2 (two) years of experience in a front office setting in the Healthcare field
- Experience with verification of insurance
- Top notch customer service skills
- Very detail oriented and professional
- Experience handling medical records a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Medical Terminology knowledge required
