Overview
We’re hiring a part‑time Airbnb Cleaner for a spring/summer position with shifts on weekends and weekdays. The role requires fast, efficient turnarounds to prepare short‑term rentals to host standards between the hours of 10AM and 4PM. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast‑paced environment, has high attention to detail, can change linens and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms, restock supplies, and promptly report maintenance issues. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between Prescott, Prescott Valley, Groome, and Creek are required.
Duties
- Follow a checklist for hotel‑standard cleaning procedures.
- Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas to host standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and restock guest supplies.
- Report inventory needs and maintenance issues to team and management.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and management.
- Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Follow property‑specific checklists for unique requirements.
- Maintain and bring own cleaning supplies and equipment (cleaning agents, vacuum, mop) to each job.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience cleaning short‑term rentals/Airbnb properties.
- Familiarity with cleaning agents and their effects on different surfaces (counters, floors, fixtures).
- Knowledge of laundry procedures: washing, drying, folding, and making beds to presentation standards.
- Personable, friendly attitude and willingness to be teachable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Has excellent time-management skills and independently manages their cleaning schedule.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between multiple homes in a single day.
- Able to pass a background check and maintain a drug‑free status.
