Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the property management team
- Assist with tenant communications, including emails, notices, and follow-ups
- Process and track rent payments, maintenance requests, and work orders
- Maintain accurate tenant and property records in property management software (e.g., AppFolio)
- Coordinate with vendors and schedule maintenance services
- Support leasing activities, including application processing and document preparation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Assist with reporting, file management, and general office operations
- Comprehensive hands-on training in property management operations
- Direct mentorship from experienced Property Managers
- Exposure to leasing, maintenance coordination, tenant relations, and financial operations
- Opportunity for promotion to Property Manager within 3–6 months based on performance, initiative, and mastery of responsibilities
- 1–3 years of administrative or office experience (real estate experience is a plus, but not required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
