This role will drive cross-functional delivery across trading, risk, operations, and IT to ensure successful system implementation and alignment with the evolving trading business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Entrade ETRM platform.
- Manage program timelines, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Partner with trading, risk, finance, and operations teams to align system capabilities with business needs.
- Support the transition to an asset-backed trading model by improving processes and reporting.
- Oversee system integration, data migration, testing, and user adoption.
- Provide leadership reporting on program milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Experience managing ETRM implementations or large trading technology programs.
- Familiarity with Entrade or similar ETRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of trading operations, risk management, and commodity markets.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs and vendor relationships.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
