About the Role: We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic alliances and ecosystem partnerships for our SaaS-based financial reconciliation platform. The role will focus on building and scaling partnerships across ERP providers, fintech companies, accounting firms, payment providers, and consulting organizations to accelerate market reach and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, establish, and grow strategic partnerships that generate new revenue streams.
- Build and manage referral, reseller, co-selling, and technology alliance programs.
- Develop partnerships with ERP vendors, fintech organizations, accounting firms, payment providers, and system integrators.
- Define and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners.
- Enable partners through training, product positioning, and sales support.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, commercial models, and revenue-sharing structures.
- Build executive-level relationships with key partner stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams to maximize partner success.
- Gather market insights and partner feedback to support product strategy and expansion initiatives.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 6 years of experience in Partnerships, Alliances, Business Development, or Channel Management.
- Strong background in SaaS products, preferably within FinTech, ERP, Accounting, Finance, or Reconciliation domains.
- Proven track record of driving measurable revenue through strategic partnerships.
- Experience with partner-led sales, co-selling, reseller, and referral programs.
- Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills.
- Understanding of financial operations, reconciliation processes, or financial controls is preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and global partner ecosystems.
