This role supports compliance, documentation, scheduling, payroll coordination, and communication with NBRC, families, and staff.Responsibilities:Maintain client and staff recordsPrepare and submit reports and correspondence to NBRCTrack Plans of Service (POS), authorizations, and deadlinesCollect and verify timesheets and mileageCoordinate with payroll/FMS and follow up on billing issuesSupport staff onboarding and compliance documentationRequirements:Proof of a Bachelors degree (required)2 years of administrative experienceStrong organization and attention to detailProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc...) and Google WorkspaceAbility to handle confidential information professionallyPreferred:Experience with Regional Centers, SLS, or HealthcareFamiliarity with compliance or audit supportApply: Submit resume (and brief cover letter if available).
