The Executive Assistant will manage calendars, prepare and track expense reports, schedule and coordinate meetings, and provide day-to-day executive support. The role will also include administrative responsibilities such as managing correspondence, maintaining documents, and fostering effective communication between the Senior Vice President and internal/external stakeholders. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance, including calendar management and document preparation.
- Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong Executive Support skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of people.
- High level of discretion and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with modern office technology.
- Previous experience in banking or financial services is a plus.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
