Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1-2 support for hardware, software, network, and user issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions in Microsoft 365 and other systems
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and escalate when necessary
- Support phone systems, cameras, and dealership technology (Wi-Fi, POS, Motility, etc.)
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation
- Collaborate with the IT Manager and other departments to improve system performance and efficiency
- All other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-3 years of hands-on IT support experience
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide excellent customer service
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to other dealership locations as needed
