The company was founded on the premise of providing the highest quality individualized physical therapy possible. We have been operating for 17 years, and are looking for a physical therapist striving for freedom to thrive in a role outside of large corporate control.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist located in Roseburg, OR. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions. Responsibilities include guiding patients through rehabilitation, implementing therapy techniques, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Ongoing communication and education for patients to support their recovery journey is also an integral part of this role.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Physical Therapy with a focus on Orthopedics and Rehabilitation
- Strong skills and experience in Patient Care, including creating personalized treatment plans
- Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and establish rapport with diverse patient populations
- Active physical therapy license or eligibility for licensure in Oregon
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and continuous professional development
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is a plus, but new grads welcome to apply
