Job Summary
Optimum Performance Motorsports is the Pacific Northwest’s premier Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, Vespa, and Triumph dealership, and we’re looking for a motivated Parts Specialist / Sales Assistant to join our team.
This is a hybrid role that combines customer-facing retail sales, parts support, and service coordination—perfect for someone who loves motorcycles and enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with parts, accessories, and riding gear in-store and over the phone
- Look up and order parts using OEM catalogs and vendor systems
- Support the service department by sourcing and ordering parts for repair orders
- Receive, check in, and organize inventory shipments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked parts area
- Help customers find the right gear and accessories for their bike
- Assist with showroom support and general dealership operations as needed
Qualifications
- Interest in motorcycles and the powersports industry
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus (not required)
- Experience with parts lookup systems or retail sales preferred
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Motorcycle endorsement is a plus
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
