- Every other Saturday/Sunday shifts available

- What You’ll Need
- Valid Georgia Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Pediatric care experience (required)
- Clinical proficiency in:
- Ventilator Care
- Tracheostomy care
- G-tube feeding
- Suctioning and oxygen management
- Home health experience (preferred)
- Strong critical thinking, compassion, and communication skills
- Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one nursing care in the client’s home
- Monitor and assess patient condition; document in EHR
- Administer medications, feedings, and prescribed treatments
- Educate and support families on care techniques
- Collaborate with the Nurse Administrator and Clinical Director on care plans
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and nursing best practices
