Responsibilities
- Earn $28–$34/HR based on experience with steady daylight shifts

- Weekends Off! Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (or 7:30–4:00 PM)
- Work in a state-of-the-art maintenance shop with clean, well-equipped facilities
- Routine and preventative maintenance on machinery such as pumps, motors, and conveyors
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues using observation and diagnostic tools
- Repair or replace defective or broken parts to ensure smooth equipment operation
- Install new equipment and upgrade existing systems as needed
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations

Requirements
- Mechanical maintenance experience required
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing preferred
- Must be 21 years old or older
- Ability to perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Proficiency with tools, machinery, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Must have strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
- Capable of performing manual labor in a safe and efficient manner
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) a plus
- Must pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
