What You’ll Be Doing:
- Install residential & commercial flat glass window film
- Deliver high-quality, detail-oriented installs
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Track job time, completion, and material usage
- Train with Lead Installer → move into running jobs independently
Experience:
- 1–2 years tint experience preferred
- Auto tint installers welcome (we’ll help you transition to flat glass)
- Will train the right, motivated person with strong work ethic
Pay & Earnings:
- Hourly base per-job (sq ft) pay performance incentives
- Typical annual earnings: $60,000 – $80,000
- Top performers can exceed this as production increases
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible depending on jobs)
Growth Path:
