About Us:
Optimum RV is a premier RV dealership offering a wide range of recreational vehicles and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Service Desk Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our service customers.
Responsibilities:
Primary duties include:
- Greet customers in a welcoming and courteous manner.
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the appropriate departments.
- Providing information and answering inquiries about our RV models, pricing, and services.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Processing updates at the computer and accepting deliveries.
- Collecting and distributing mail and packages.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the service desk area.
- Assist other departments with various tasks as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple phone lines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, **Excel, Outlook).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
