As the Chief Gynecologist, you will lead clinical operations within Women’s Health while continuing to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. This role offers the perfect balance between hands-on clinical practice and strategic leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Procedural Care
- Provide comprehensive gynecologic care, including routine and advanced procedures
- Perform preventive screenings, diagnostic evaluations, and follow-up care
- Manage a broad range of gynecologic conditions using evidence-based practices
- Interpret diagnostic testing and deliver patient-centered education and counseling
- Supervise, mentor, and support gynecologists and women’s health providers
- Drive growth and expansion of Women’s Health services
- Establish clinical standards, workflows, and quality benchmarks
- Participate in strategic planning and program development
- Support onboarding and professional development of providers
- Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS)
- Women’s Preventive Health initiatives
- Provider education and CME programs
- Quality improvement and clinical excellence
- Active New York State medical license
- Board Certified in Gynecology (required)
- Strong clinical, procedural, and diagnostic expertise
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Active DEA registration
