We are looking for a customer service driven individual who is interested in getting involved in the HOA industry as a Community Manager that understands the benefits of a team culture and works with support staff to exceed the expectations of our clients and vendors.   Our priority is ensuring quality service and striving to be better than our competitors.

Summary of Job:

The Associate Manager will report to their assigned Director of Community Management and be responsible for assisting the Director with the day-to-day responsibilities of managing a portfolio of community associations.

Essential Duties Include (but are not limited to): 

  • Must be available to attend evening board meetings
  • Transcribe minutes and action list  
  • Complete action items  
  • Assist with preparation of Directors Reports
  • Review and code payables 
  • Return phone calls and respond to emails 
  • Conduct property inspections 
  • Transcribe inspection reports 
  • Solicit & review proposals/contracts
  • Prepare bid comparisons
  • Check in with supervisor daily to advise of any issues or concerns  
  • Obtain CMCA certification 

**More duties and responsibilities will be discussed in detail if called upon for an interview.  

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • 4-year college degree preferable but not required
  • Property management experience preferred
  • At least 1 year customer service experience, 2 or more years preferred
  • Attention to detail and organization is key
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
  • Critical thinking & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service mindset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Positive attitude
  • The ability to navigate challenging situations 
  • Type a minimum of 40 WPM
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
