Job Summary: Optimum Care Partners is seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager lead growth initiatives, cultivate partnerships, and drive brand presence across our service areas. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening our position in the healthcare services market.
Key Responsibilities:
- · Contract Acquisition & Management:
Identify, pursue, and secure new business contracts within assigned regional territories.
Focus on finding companies to partner with to send referrals to the IV Clinic, Urgent Care and Primary Care Clinics. Maintain strong, professional relationships with both current and potential clients to support long-term growth.
- Marketing Leadership:
Design and implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with corporate goals, in collaboration with the Director of Operations. Keep organized records of what you are doing for marketing, who the clinic is and how much was spent on the event or opportunity. Present reports showing what you are working on at the marketing meetings.
Analyze the company’s service areas and regional markets to identify new opportunities and refine marketing tactics. Represent the company in client meetings, contract negotiations, and other professional setting.
- Team Development & Management:
When directed, recruit, build, and manage a high-performing team of Business Development Associates to execute marketing and growth plans.
- Compliance & Coordination:
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in all outreach and communications.
Lead the implementation of service-specific contact strategies and coordinate interdepartmental efforts as needed.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with internal teams and leadership to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with company goals.
Provide monthly reports detailing development progress, contract status, and marketing outcomes.
Attend weekly and monthly meetings with the office team and executive leadership.
- Performance & Data Monitoring:
Track and analyze referral trends, lead conversion rates, revenue goals, and other key performance indicators.
Evaluate marketing campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Outreach & Relationship Building:
Generate referrals through strategic outreach and marketing events, including community engagement, expos, and corporate fairs. Look for events that you can have a booth at that targets potential patients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Development, Business Management, Marketing, Sales or a related field. MBA or Healthcare experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, medical billing processes, internal and external medical operations, and proper state requirements of new healthcare development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Has experience and proven track record of acquiring and closing new business contracts
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
