The Customer Service Representative will serve as a key point of contact for customers and business partners, supporting gift card orders, production updates, inventory inquiries, and account-related requests. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate looking to build a career in customer service, account management, operations, or sales support.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Manage and track customer orders from production through delivery.
- Provide updates on order status, inventory availability, shipping schedules, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Operations, and Shipping teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer and order information in company systems.
- Assist with reporting, documentation, and special projects.
- Build strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes.
- Bachelor's degree required; recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
