Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson, based in Miami, FL, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting the benefits of Optimum Agriculture's products, and driving revenue growth. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support strategic business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Blueberries and Avocados, Business Development, or Account Management
- Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation specially in US retailers
- Familiarity with the agriculture sector or product knowledge in blueberries and avocados is preferred
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and perform Competitive Analysis
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field
