Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in general apartment repair, sheetrock and spackling, basic electrical, basic plumbing, have the ability to lift 75 when needed, and general labor tasks. Experience with heating systems is plus.
Duties: - You will be reporting to the maintenance manger who will assign your daily duties which include but is not limited to apartment turns, work orders, and grounds.
