Bulk Removal Contractor

Compensation: paid on a weekly basis and is calculated based on the size and the number of loads completed.

• Pay will be Every Week on Friday
• Before and after photos of the trailer for each load are mandatory and could result in less or no payment if not received.
• Gas will not be reimbursed
• Dump fees will be reimbursed but with proper documentation (before and after photos, receipt)
• Bulk Removal:
  • ¼- Dependent number of loads in a day
    • 1 Load - 140
    • 2 Loads - 130 per load
    • 3 Loads - 120 per load
    • 4 or more loads - 110 per load
  • ½- $150
  • ¾- $175 
  • Full Load - $200
  • $25 for each flight of stairs (if applicable)
• Unit Trash Outs & Loose Trash Removal:
  • Size of Loads
    • ¼-$150
    • ½- $175
    • ¾- $200
    • Full Load - $275
  • $25 per load extra for each flight of stairs
    • Extra compensation maxes $50 per load if it is a drivable parking garage
  • $25 per load extra if feces are present

REQUIRED INSURANCE: Commercial General Liability insurance, including contractual liability with a limit of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and personal injury, including death, and property damage, and $2,000,000 in the aggregate; and if applicable, Commercial Automobile Liability insurance, including owned, hired and non-owned covering all motor vehicles used during the performance of Subcontracted Services, with a combined single limit of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $1,000,000 per accident for bodily injury, including death, and property damage with $2,000,000 in the aggregate.

• Pickup truck with trailer or dump truck
• Valid standard driver's license and clean driving record (past 3 years)
• Reliable, hard-working, and positive attitude
• Ability to lift 50lbs or heavier repeatedly
• Ability to work in inclement weather
