Job Summary:
Optimized Senior Living Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Lebanon team. This position is essential in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being. The LPN will work closely with the healthcare team to implement care plans, monitor residents' health, and provide compassionate support. This role requires working every other weekend, offering a consistent yet flexible schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Provide daily nursing care and emotional support to residents
- Administer medications and document accurately
- Collaborate with caregivers and leadership to ensure top-quality care
- Communicate with families, residents, and healthcare providers

Requirements
- Current LPN license in the State of Ohio
- Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or similar setting preferred
