We are looking for a personal care aide for a FULL TIME & Potentially a PartTime Position in Gloucester!!
We are an agency dedicated to providing assistance to individuals that need Home Health Care. We are currently seeking an aide to provide services for a patient In Gloucester, VA area. This can be a full or part time position. This position pays 14$ per hr. You will have to pass a background check.
Responsibilities:
- Provides personal care to patients and families in their homes, in accordance with the patient's care plan.
- Provides health and related documentation reviews, evaluations, and counseling to ensure compliance with the Patient Care Plan.
- Reports on changes in patient condition; reports on any emergencies that require emergency care.
- Provides home care assistance for patients with developmental disabilities or disabilities that require frequent change-of-location, home care assistance, or transfer services.
- Assists with transfer and or special needs transfers as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
