Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Financial Professionals to design and deliver customized insurance planning solutions that put clients first
- Support the sales process from start to finish by preparing analyses, illustrations, and planning materials that power confident recommendations
- Conduct research on insurance products, risk management strategies, and planning concepts to support innovative, well-informed solutions
- Serve as a key point of coordination by maintaining accurate client records, CRM data, and documentation, ensuring a seamless client experience
- Assist with client meetings, follow-ups, and ongoing relationship management, helping to build long-term trust and loyalty
- Proactively manage workflows, deadlines, and deliverables to keep plans moving efficiently and professionally
- Translate complex insurance and planning concepts into clear, client-friendly communication
- Uphold Optimized Insurance Planning’s commitment to excellence by ensuring compliance, accuracy, and attention to detail in every interaction
- Continuously learn and grow by staying current on industry trends, products, and best practices, contributing ideas that improve the team and client outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
- Experience in client-facing or sales support roles
- Prior experience in financial or insurance services including life, annuities, and long-term care (preferred)
- Proven ability to build, strengthen, and maintain client relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent time-management and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive problem-solver with a growth mindset
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
