Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist - Patient Services & Clinical Support

Position Summary:
The Medical Assistant will be a key member of our team, responsible for patient interaction, performing blood draws, assisting with procedures, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

We are also looking for someone who is comfortable with social media and content creation, as this role may include helping capture and share educational, behind-the-scenes, and patient-focused content that reflects our clinic’s mission.

This position is ideal for someone motivated and growth-oriented, with the potential to develop into a Practice Manager role over time. Compensation will increase with experience and performance, with opportunities for bonuses and advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform lab draws - will train if no experience.
• Prepare patients for exams and treatments by taking vital signs and medical histories.
• Administer injections and assist with IV therapies under supervision.
• Educate patients on therapy protocols, including hormone replacement, weight management, and athletic recovery.
• Assist with procedure preparation, treatment setup, and maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment.
• Manage patient records, scheduling, and follow-up communication.
• Support inventory management and ensure proper documentation of supplies.
• Uphold clinic standards and comply with all regulatory guidelines.
• Assist with Recovery Services (cryotherapy, cold plunge, sauna)

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in a medical office or wellness clinic setting is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
