Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to support and enhance our Royalty Management System. This role will be instrumental in automating the franchise royalty calculation and invoicing process, ensuring data accuracy, and improving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of business acumen, financial analysis, and data management skills, with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the rollout and ongoing support of the Royalty Management System.
• Automate royalty calculations and invoicing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, and franchise management teams to ensure accurate royalty reporting.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making and financial transparency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data and invoicing issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

Hard Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting principles with strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
• Strong data analysis skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience querying and manipulating data in SQL databases (preferred).
• Familiarity with franchise management or royalty systems (preferred).
