Local Intermodal CDL-A Driver — Atlanta — Home Daily
Optimize Logistics is hiring local CDL-A drivers in Atlanta. Home every day. No-touch freight. Steady container work all year.

We want this to be clear so there are no surprises:
- You would drive for us, Optimize Logistics.
- Our trucks run under a partner carrier's operating authority. This is normal and common in trucking.
- You are joining Optimize Logistics. You are not applying for a job with the partner carrier.
- We talk with you first, by phone, before anything else. We explain everything and answer your questions.
How you get paid
You earn 50% of the net settlement on every load you move. Here is what that means in plain words:
- Every load you haul brings in money.
- After that load's costs are taken out, the money left over is called the net settlement.
- You keep half of it (50%). That is your pay.
- The more loads you run, the more you earn.
- You are paid every week.
Schedule
- Home daily
- 5-6 days a week — some days start in the morning, some in the afternoon
- Saturdays open for extra pay if you want them
Truck
- Late model day cab
- ELD and cameras
- Well maintained
What you need
- Valid CDL-A
- 3 years of CDL-A driving
- Experience with intermodal, rail, or port work
- TWIC card
- Hazmat is a plus (not required)
- Clean MVR and PSP
- Able to pass DOT drug test, physical, and Clearinghouse
