Optimize Digital Marketing is looking for a salesperson who knows how to prospect consistently, have direct business conversations with owners, and close new business confidently.
This is a mostly remote position calling on small to medium-sized businesses across the U.S. – with a strong focus on automotive services – helping businesses improve visibility, attract customers, and grow revenue through digital marketing solutions that deliver measurable impact.

What You Will Do
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline using territory leads, prospecting, inbound opportunities, and partner referrals.
- Engage directly with small business shop owners, GMs, and operators
- Qualify opportunities quickly and control the sales conversation
- Close deals in 1–2 conversations when there’s a fit
- Manage pipeline and activity in Salesforce
- Build relationships with partner sales reps in the field
· Participate in occasional travel for trade shows, partner ride-a-longs, industry events, and in-person business development opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client success and long-term retention
What Helps Someone Succeed Here
- Proven ability to work remotely while prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business
- Experience in selling to small business owners
- B2B Digital marketing sales experience preferred
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong communication and sales discipline

Compensation
- $60K–$65K base salary
- Realistic first year earnings of $100k
- Uncapped commission paid monthly
