Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Desktop Technician to provide onsite IT support in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Windows desktops, imaging, Active Directory, printers, hardware, and basic networking while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
- Provide onsite desktop and technical support.
- Install, configure, image, and deploy desktops and laptops.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity.
- Support Active Directory administration.
- Perform routine maintenance, software installations, and Windows updates.
- Assist with server support and infrastructure maintenance.
- Maintain documentation and follow IT best practices.
- Deliver excellent customer service while supporting end users.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Notes
- This position is 100% onsite.
- Occasional support may be required at nearby company facilities.

Salary : $25 - $31
