WHAT WE DO?

We are a local, family, and health-focused functional medicine office, that also offers chiropractic and neuro-rehabilitation services. Optimal You Wellness Center’s goal is to provide comprehensive health and wellness programs in Saint Augustine, FL, to help you optimize your health through holistic and alternative health care for you and your entire family. Using clinical neurology, functional medicine, and chiropractic care, we evaluate the entirety of you as a person instead of only considering signs of illness. Aspects such as medical history, family history, lifestyle, nutrition, mental health and well-being, and much more are all a part of our holistic three-pronged approach: Trauma (neuroplasticity and chiropractic), Toxins (nutrition), and Thoughts (neuro systems, brain development, lifestyle).

WHAT DOES THE POSITION ENTAIL?
Above all, help provide amazing care to our patients.

• Create a welcoming, high energy environment for patients and your team
• Assist with CA work
• Learn all patient names. We know every patient name because we care about every patient.
• Help patients check-in for initial & regular appointments
• Respond to patient phone calls & texts
• Call & confirm new patient appointments
• Reschedule missed patient appointments
• Converse with patients about their health goals
• Create excitement, invite patients & register them for our in-office events
• Help video patient testimonies
• Follow up on patient referral conversations
• Input new patient information
• Create financial plans that reflect the doctor’s recommendations for patient care
• Organize office files
• Light cleaning
• Assist with technology support in the office and ordering tests if needed
• Keeping up with supplement inventory
• Continually act to improve efficiency & effectiveness
• Train continually to improve

*Must have experience in customer service, and scheduling*

SCHEDULE:

• This position is hourly for 16-24 hours/week. Each week the schedule varies slightly.
• Tuesday/Thursday: 9:00 am - 5:00pm
• Additional hours may be needed depending on each week’s training needs, work load, and current office needs
