We're growing and looking for experienced Business Development Representatives to join our team in Southern Nevada.

What we're looking for:
- Proven behavioral healthcare business development experience
- Demonstrated history of generating admissions and referral growth
- Established referral relationships that produce business
- Experience with detox programs, residential treatment centers, hospitals, discharge planners, community referral sources, medical device, or pharmaceutical sales (preferred)
- Strong understanding of out-of-network treatment and referral processes
- Experience with CRM platforms and business development tracking tools
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to work independently in a field-based environment
