Client is looking for Entry-Level Electrical or Mechanical Engineers for their Plant in Toledo, OH. Client requires candidates to be on supplier company's W2 only. No C2C or sponsorship opportunities are available.
Summary:
Electrical-focused engineering or Mechanical Engineering role supporting launch warranty reduction
Core responsibilities:
Analyze customer warranty data/issues
Identify root causes and prevent issues before vehicle launch
Drive fixes back to plant floor (design, method, tooling)
Address both external (customer) and internal (plant) issues
Focus areas:
Electrical systems such as:
Wiring
Modules
Diagnostics
Mechanical systems such as:
Body
Interior
Powertrain
Mechatronics
Tools/skills:
Problem-solving tools (e.g., 4M1D, fishbone diagrams) preferred
No expectation to know specific diagnostic tools beforehand
Experience:
0-3 years / new grads preferred
Bachelor's degree required.
Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology degrees preferred
