Position Overview:
Our company is seeking a part-time Physical Therapy Aide to join our outpatient team! We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual who is eager to support our therapists and patients while gaining valuable experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Assist physical therapists and physical therapist assistants with patient care and exercise programs
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient sessions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and families
- Perform administrative tasks as needed (scheduling, documentation support, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy aide experience in an outpatient setting
- Knowledge of anatomy and/or physiology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professionalism, reliability, and enthusiasm for patient care
- Aspiration to pursue a career as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant is strongly preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
