As a Trainer, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Teach and mentor new employees on how to use our equipment, supplies, our digital employee app and timekeeping system.
- Share your expertise and best practices on how to clean efficiently and effectively.
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve the performance and quality of our cleaners.
- Work with a diverse and dynamic team of people with various learning styles.

- Cleaning and working in the field on a regular basis, alongside our cleaners or as a fill-in shifts when needed.
- Demonstrating your skills and techniques using a Demonstrate, Do and Review technique of training.
- Coaching staff on how to overcome challenges and solve problems on the spot.
- Being a role model and a team player who leads by example.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need
- Excellent communication skills and cleaning knowledge.
- Willingness to flexible, and one who can react to changes in plans! (We *try* not to but life happens sometimes!)
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to lift 35 lbs and perform physical tasks such as walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.
- Ability to pass a background check for theft or felony charges.
- A cell phone with data plan to be able to use our apps.
