What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails with professionalism and care
- Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently throughout the day
- Communicate updates clearly with customers so they always know what to expect
- Maintain accurate and organized job records in our system
- Support invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-ups
- Coordinate inspections, scheduling logistics, and internal tracking systems
- Help keep operations running smoothly as situations change throughout the day

- Pay: $50,000 salary
- Schedule: TBD
- Probationary Period: 90 days
- Reports To: Dispatch Director
