The Role:
As an Evening Receptionist, you’ll be the welcoming face of our wellness center, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, answering calls, charging client copays/deductibles, communicating with referral sources, utilizing an electronic health records system, social media posts and other tasks as assigned supporting the daily operations of the office. Knowledge and understanding of health insurance is helpful.

This is an in-office position, 15-20 hour per week, generally between the hours of 4-8pm Monday-Friday.
