Medical Assistant/Front Desk

Job Overview

We're looking for an energetic, patient-focused Medical Assistant/Front Desk Coordinator to join our Vitality department, a fast-growing wellness clinic focused on Wellness, Regenerative Medicine, Functional Medicine, and IV Therapy. Combining functional medicine's root-cause insights with everyday, practical interventions to help patients feel and perform better day-to-day. This is a hybrid role blending front-office operations with clinical support — perfect for someone who enjoys variety and wants to be part of a modern, membership-style healthcare clinic.

What You'll Do

• Greet patients and manage front desk operations: check-in/check-out, scheduling, and payment collection (no insurance billing — cash/card/membership only)
• Answer phones, respond to emails and patient messages, and manage the appointment calendar
• Administer injections, take vitals, and assist with patient care as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient charts in the EMR
• Support marketing/membership touchpoints — following up on leads, promoting packages and add-on services
• Ensure a clean, welcoming, and professional clinic environment

What We're Looking For

• Prior front desk/customer service experience in a medical, spa, or wellness setting a plus
• Comfortable with phlebotomy and administering injections (or willing to be trained)
• Strong communication skills and a warm, sales-comfortable personality — this role includes discussing services and pricing with patients
• Highly organized, tech-comfortable (EMR, scheduling software)
• Discretion and professionalism handling sensitive health information
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping people feel their best

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
