Position Overview
Manages load assignments, shipment tracking, and dispatch workflow through Oregon-based systems. Anchorage candidates prioritized for hybrid workflow; remote candidates fully integrated nationwide. Key Responsibilities
Assign freight loads and monitor shipment progress
Track shipments and maintain operational documentation
Communicate updates, exceptions, or delays to drivers and internal teams
Ensure workflow accuracy and compliance with operational procedures
Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose improvements
Collaborate with Oregon-based management to maintain alignment
Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as needed
Qualifications
