The "Weekend Warrior" Direct Support Professional provides individualized support to our customers to help them reach their personal goals. Direct Support Professionals work hand in hand with the customers to empower them to utilize choice, create successful and valued roles within their community, and chase their chosen milestones!
We are currently offering a Weekend Warrior package which runs from Fridays through Mondays for all shifts (12am-8am, 8am-4pm, 4pm-10pm, and 4pm-12am.) Weekend Warriors who sign permanent shift agreements to work every weekend will receive a pay differential of .50 cents more per hour, totaling $15.50/hour.
