Optimability is hiring a systems-focused Performance Trainer / Health Architect to design remote training programs and meal plans for elite online founders.We build performance infrastructure for 8 figure founders. You will architect the training and nutrition layer behind the scenes so they can execute without decision fatigue using our bespoke processes and AI integration.You will not train clients in person, but will coordinate with trainer where required.You will design the plans that our clients and their operators (local trainers, chefs, meal services) execute, using TrainingPeaks for programming and NutriAdmin for nutrition.The RoleYou translate data into executable training blocks and meal systems.Using client intake, data, constraints, and preferences, you will design:Structured 10 week training blocks inside TrainingPeaksSimple, repeatable meal plans and macro frameworks inside NutriAdminFor each client, you are responsible for building:3 total 10 week training blocks (approximately 30 weeks of programming)3 total meal plans that align with those blocksCommunicating changes on slack with clientsYour output is a small, high leverage portfolio of plans per client that can be
