Responsibilities

• Provide professional beauty treatments
• Manage client consultations to recommend suitable services and products based on individual preferences hair types.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas following health regulations.
• Engage with clients through social media management by promoting services, sharing beauty tips, and building lasting relationships to foster loyalty.
• Assist with retail product demos and upselling to enhance client satisfaction while increasing revenue opportunities.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license or pending
• Proven expertise in hair styling, including cutting, coloring (color theory knowledge), straight razor shaving, and hair extensions
• Skilled in nail care techniques such as manicures, pedicures, and nail art. Is a plus
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members while providing excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Previous experience in retail sales within a beauty or wellness setting is a plus.
• No English required

Pay: $1,000.00 - $3,000.00 per week
