- Educate and enroll new and existing patients into our specialty services and programs
- Manage the enrollment process, including collecting necessary information and documentation
- Communicate with patients to explain the benefits of enrollment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date enrollment records
- Collaborate with the care management team to ensure a seamless transition for new patients
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- High school diploma or equivalent
