We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for our client, to lead and oversee new construction projects across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical scopes. This role is responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate brings strong field coordination experience and proficiency in ServiceTitan for project tracking, scheduling, and financial oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Manage full lifecycle of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout
- Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades to ensure seamless integration on-site
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking
- Monitor job costs, change orders, and profitability using ServiceTitan
- Approve invoices, track expenses, and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and issue resolution
- Maintain strong relationships to support repeat business and referrals
- Lead field teams, subcontractors, and vendors across multiple trades
- Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to plans, specs, and safety standards
- Resolve field issues quickly to avoid project delays
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, permits, and regulations
- Enforce safety standards and company policies across job sites
- Conduct quality checks and oversee inspections
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5–10 years of project management experience in construction, with focus on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Proven experience managing new construction projects end-to-end
- Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan (job costing, scheduling, reporting)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and MEP systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- PMP certification (from Project Management Institute) or equivalent
- Experience working with general contractors and subcontractor management
- Familiarity with additional tools such as Procore, Buildertrend, or MS Project
- OSHA certification or strong safety compliance background
