BI Techno-Functional Consultant

Currently, we are hiring for the following position;

BI Techno Functional Consultant

We are seeking a Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Power BI, NetSuite ERP, and experience integrating popular payment gateways such as Stripe, PayPal, Square, Authorize.Net, or Braintree. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions, delivering actionable insights, system integrations, and process improvements for finance and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions using NetSuite and Power BI.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.
• Configure, customize, and optimize NetSuite modules, workflows, and integrations.
• Implement, integrate, and troubleshoot payment gateway solutions (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Square, Authorize.Net, Braintree).
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless system functionality and data integrity.
• Support data migration, ETL processes, and system upgrades as needed.
• Provide user training and ongoing support for NetSuite, Power BI, and payment integrations.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with NetSuite ERP, including configuration, scripting, and workflow automation.
• Proficient in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience integrating at least one payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal, Square, Authorize.Net, Braintree).
• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, accounting, and operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics, or other NetSuite scripting tools.
• Prior involvement in ERP implementations or analytics/dashboard projects.
• Exposure to multiple payment gateways or financial systems integrations.
