Expected Days: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
What You'll Be Doing
As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and checking in patients with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Managing appointment scheduling and patient communications.
- Assisting with insurance verification and handling payments.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a candidate who brings a combination of professionalism and a personal touch to their work. Here’s what we’d love to see:
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in a medical office role.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- Language: Fluent English required, and proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
- Personality: A friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.
