Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Recruiter will lead the full cycle recruitment process for all clinical support and corporate level positions. This includes drafting and advertising positions, identifying, and screening applicants, actively sourcing, scheduling, and coordinating interviews, and creating offers. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Recruiter will lead the full cycle recruitment process for all clinical support and corporate level positions. This includes drafting and advertising positions, identifying, and screening applicants, actively sourcing, scheduling, and coordinating interviews, and creating offers. The responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Review applications and identify top talent
- Schedule and conduct video screens of candidates and present candidates to the hiring manager, which includes summary, CV, and notes from the discussion
- Schedule video and coordinate in-person interviews for departmental leaders at the corporate office
- Source additional talent by utilizing a variety of techniques, tools, and sourcing channels, contacting passive candidates, and building pipelines for future hiring needs
- Draft and update job descriptions and manage posts across all mediums, including job boards, posting sites, social media, etc.
- Provide training to new hiring managers, and ongoing training to all existing hiring managers
- Maintain and update our ATS (Greenhouse)
- Scrub recruitment reports and data for accuracy
- Participate in weekly and monthly pipeline reviews, new requisitions, priority positions, and key trends/analytics review
- Work with the marketing team to launch campaigns to assist with building awareness and pipeline
- Participate in process improvement projects
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- Two years recruiting experience, preferably in a health care setting
- Highly organized and ability to manage multiple workflows
- Capability to get things done in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates within a robust ATS and/or CRM (Greenhouse preferably)
- Demonstrates ability to work in conjunction with marketing, other key functions, and hiring managers in a comprehensive team approach
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Technologically-savvy
- Ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and a self-starter
